My journey began with years of hands-on experience working for a variety of cleaning companies. Along the way, I learned not only the best practices of the industry, but also the areas where service often falls short. One of the biggest gaps I noticed was communication. Too often, large corporate companies rely on automated systems that send home/business owners and guest through endless loops to get their requests and concerns taken care off.
I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted to build a company where people feel seen, respected, and truly cared for. Somewhere you can feel like you're not just wasting your money. Communication became the foundation of everything I do. When you reach out, you’re speaking with a real person who listens, responds, and follows through. I believe the little details matter-how we communicate, how we show up, and how we care for each space. I believe trust is built in the small moments, and by making the little details matter, we’re creating cleaner spaces and better experiences-one moment at a time.
